Description
This self-paced language product is designed to support learning English as a second language (ESL). This online tool allows participants to read, hear and practise the common phrases used to address English-speaking clients, as well as to further their knowledge of the Official Languages Act by completing quiz-based questions. Participants will improve their ability to assist customer service personnel in responding to clients in their official language of choice. [C237]
