Description

Commodity management enables the government to understand the demands and environments of certain commodities and the best ways of managing them. This introductory course provides an overview of a modern commodity management approach to managing procurement activities by exploring its benefits, functions and governance processes. Participants will learn to better understand the commonly used terms, apply the guiding principles and explain the governing structure, the roles and responsibilities and the overall commodity management process.
