Description
The Public Service Employment Act (PSEA) is designed to facilitate recruitment by offering flexibility to departments and agencies while respecting fairness, transparency, accessibility and representativeness. This course develops the knowledge and skills needed to ensure compliance with the legislative and administrative requirements governing the staffing process. Participants will gain a solid understanding of the staffing function and will learn how they can help to further facilitate the staffing process. [P803]

- support services to staffing specialists and managers
- which staffing processes best respond to the needs of management
