Written communication is an integral part of daily professional activities. This course deals with the basics of writing in English, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure and paragraph construction. Participants will learn how to write more clearly and concisely to ensure effective communication with managers, colleagues, clients and the general public. [T009]
