The 2SLGBTQIA+1 learning path aims to encourage public service pride and engage everyone in fostering a 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive workplace. It offers a selection of job aids, courses, videos, and events on 2SLGBTQIA+ issues, including awareness-raising, inclusion, allyship, and the support services available from the Government of Canada.

2S: at the front, recognizes Two-Spirit people as the first 2SLGBTQIA+ communities; L: Lesbian; G: Gay; B: Bisexual; T: Transgender; Q: Queer; I: Intersex, considers sex characteristics beyond sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression; A: Asexual; +: is inclusive of people who identify as part of sexual and gender diverse communities, who use additional terminologies.
