Managers can inspire deeper levels of commitment in employees by improving their practical coaching skills and abilities. This workshop provides a thorough grounding in the essentials of coaching and an opportunity to immerse in its practice. Participants will improve their active listening and observation skills and expand their capacity to build new levels of trust in their relationships with employees and colleagues.
