As a project leader, it is essential to have a proficient understanding of the Government of Canada policies and guidelines for project management. This course introduces the components of the Policy on the Management of Projects, two assessment tools related to the Policy, and the roles and responsibilities associated with project management. Participants will also gain both the knowledge and skills needed to help establish project management as a core competency.
