Diversity and inclusion are among the government's top priorities. This is why the School offers a number of learning opportunities for all public servants to promote healthy and respectful workplaces.
What we offer
What is a respectful and inclusive workplace? What role can public servants play in this regard? What strategies should be adopted to improve and maintain psychological well-being at work?
To enable public servants to answer these questions with confidence, the School offers a variety of courses focused on the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies.

CSPS Premium: (GBA Plus) P004
The Gender-based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) course is designed for analysts in the federal public service. It emphasizes the importance of integrating diversity and inclusion in the workplace when developing, implementing and enforcing government policies, programs and services.

Anti-Racism Learning Series
The Anti-Racism Learning Series provides access to tools, job aids, courses, workshops and events on topics such as anti-Black racism, unconscious bias, disaggregated data, mental health and the challenges faced by visible minorities in the public service.
