To successfully communicate their vision, leaders to need to build trust and demonstrate integrity. This online self-paced course explores the nature and purpose of having a vision, as well as what is involved in communicating that vision effectively. Participants will be introduced to communication methods and techniques for personalizing and multiplying a clear message, expressing enthusiasm authentically, and helping employees to understand an organization's vision.
