To do their jobs effectively, public service managers are expected to have a solid understanding of their roles, responsibilities and accountabilities. Module 2 of Authority Delegation Training focuses on the Management Accountability Framework (MAF), a management excellence tool that supports the management accountability of deputy heads. Participants will learn about the legislation, regulations, policies and guidelines governing management accountability in the public service and the roles and responsibilities of the players involved in government oversight.

To complete this training, participants must finish all eight modules of the Authority Delegation Training course. The course evaluation will only be forwarded upon the completion of Module 8.
