Leaders at all levels must be properly trained before they can confidently provide performance-based coaching to employees. This online self-paced course offers an introduction to the GROW Model for coaching and equips leaders at all levels to develop their leadership competencies through using a coaching approach. Participants will review the key concepts of performance-based coaching and will use coaching simulations to practise established methods that support coaching for excellence.
Originally created by the Department of National Defence, this course is now available to learners through the Canada School of Public Service.
