GCdocs is the federal government's standardized electronic document and records management solution. This course reviews the theories, principles and best practices of change management, as a way to help managers plan for their organization's transition to GCdocs and support users during the changeover. Participants will explore the impact that change can have on individuals and equip themselves with practical tools to facilitate their organization's successful adoption of GCdocs.
