This course provides the information and skills required to become an effective resource person for GCdocs and support its adoption in the workplace. Participants will gain helpful insights plus tips and tricks for guiding others on how to use this new content management solution effectively within their organization.

  • delivering presentations about GCdocs, its functionalities and its benefits
