2018 ADM Forum: Leading the Public Service Through Digital Disruption

Digital disruption will influence every aspect of the public service, at every level and in every field of work.

This year's ADM Forum will bring senior leaders to exchange knowledge, hear from experts and come to a common understanding of digital government and its impact on the public service.

This year's objectives

  • To explore the impact of digitization on organizations, the workforce, relations with stakeholders and decision making
  • To connect and engage with experienced leaders to share perspectives on digitization
  • To engage in an open conversation on how to foster a respectful workplace

Participants will:

  • obtain a better understanding of how artificial intelligence and digitization are significantly transforming every aspect of our daily lives, including how we work and interact with others
  • get a better grasp of present and future challenges, as well as how they will be addressed over the long term
  • gain insight into emerging strategies, innovative technologies and best practices
  • discuss how to embrace disruption as leaders
  • discuss how to foster respect in the workplace and increase awareness of the obligations of ADMs

Event Information

This forum is offered to assistant deputy ministers and equivalents at no cost.
