Across the federal government, departments and agencies are adapting to the changing environment: the new reality of virtual work and adoption of Beyond2020 mindsets and behaviours, and the implementation of initiatives to address the harmful impacts of systemic racism and discrimination against Black, Indigenous and other racialized communities, to name only a few.
