Appointment processes in the public service usually include a structured selection interview. This session shows learners how to maximize their performance in an interview and prepare for behavioural-based interview questions.
Participants will learn how to anticipate interview questions by analyzing the Statement of Merit Criteria and how to prepare a cover letter in the federal government staffing context.
This learning activity is designed for all public servant groups and levels.
