China-Canada: Where to Next?

This event will provide insight into what is required to achieve a meaningful and successful relationship with China, including a strategic overview in the wake of the Prime Minister's recent visit. It will also explore the important personal, cultural, economic and political ties the relationship between Canada and China is built on as well as the key drivers that influence its evolution and continued growth.

Participants will discuss the emergence of China on the global stage with subject matter experts. With an eye to promoting mutual understanding and enriching the relationship between the two countries, the event will explore the examples of tourism and agriculture, providing an in-depth discussion of their development and outlook.
