An Open and Frank Discussion on Harassment
Video on Demand
Video on demand | available from October 1 to October 31, 2018
An important discussion continues to take place across Canadian society on the issue of harassment, civility and respect in the workplace. As Canada's largest employer, the federal public service is not immune from inappropriate workplace behaviour. We have to work together to prevent it, identify it and root it out.
In this roundtable discussion, three senior executives shared their diverse experiences combating harassment in the public service. They welcomed contributions and questions on what public servants at all levels can do to address and prevent harassment and create safe workspaces.
