Conversation Workshops in French as a Second Language

Learning Day for Administrative Professionals

The Canada School of Public Service offers conversation workshops to help learners maintain their second-language skills. To achieve this, participants will discuss current issues affecting the public service under the supervision of an French-language learning specialist.

Because all activities are conducted in French, participants must have an adequate understanding of the language to fully participate in the discussions.

These activities are offered to all federal public service employees at no cost to learners.

Topic:

Project Management

Do you manage projects? Projects mean collaboration, and collaboration in the federal public service means exchange and communication in both official languages.

Don't miss out on the two-fold benefits of this workshop: exchanging tips, advice and lessons learned with your colleagues regarding the factors that contribute to successful projects—and doing so in French, your second language. Build your project management vocabulary and reinforce your communication strategies under the guidance of a Francophone project management specialist. You'll return to the workplace more confident and effective. Make a project of it!
