Choose Your Own Adventure: Alternative Career Paths in the Public Service
If you've ever felt constrained by your current position but don't want to give it up entirely, then this event hosted by Governexx, in partnership with Canada’s School of Public Service (CSPS) is for you! We have invited speakers from three alternative and lesser-known career options in the public service to overview their jobs, explain how to apply for them, and describe what it's really like to work in them. This is your opportunity to get more information on career possibilities like micro-missions, free agency, and Interchange Canada.
Our presenters will share their lived experience in these exciting alternative functions and give you a chance to have all your questions answered in one place. This event includes a networking lunch where participants and presenters can connect and extend their public service networks.
