Emerging Trends in the Public Sector
Ottawa, Ontario
November 25, 2015 | 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (EST)
A shifting geopolitical landscape and the emerging digital economy are changing the interaction between policy makers and the public, the delivery of public services and the very nature of public goods. With the pace of change becoming exponential, public servants must be able to keep up.
Mr. Steve Sedgwick, a retired senior Australian public servant and recognized global authority on the public service in the Westminster system, will speak about the forces changing the public sector and the role of the public service and its leaders in these disruptive times.
Learners at all levels will benefit from Mr. Sedgwick's leadership insights and his international perspective on the "big picture" of the public service.
