Future of Democracy Series

Many democratic nations are under pressure, faced with renewed competition from other forms of government including authoritarian regimes.

The purpose of this speaker series is to discuss together how democracies can prepare for future challenges and examine the future of democratic justice systems, of polarization, and of party politics. The series will also emphasize the future needs for cooperation and the capacity of democracies to help their populations flourish.

Delivered in partnership with the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, "The Future of Democracy" will bring together global experts and leading thinkers to help participants better understand the challenges facing democracies today and how to address them.
