Executive Panel on GBA+: Beyond the Theory
Analysts across federal organizations play a crucial role in ensuring that government initiatives and policies support equality and inclusion for all Canadians. Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) is an essential tool for integrating inclusiveness at every step – from setting budget and priorities to developing policy options to designing, implementing and evaluating programs.
At this session, officials from various organizations will offer practical advice for integrating GBA+ in decision making at the different stages of the Cabinet approval process, through real-life examples or case studies.
