Today's public service operates in an increasingly challenging environment impacted by geopolitical, technological, demographic, and environmental changes.
This event series aims to help untangle the complexities of governance in Canada today and explores how public servants can effectively address these challenges in an inclusive, robust and sustainable way. Experts from academia, think tanks, and international organizations will share their insights into the current global polycrisis, complex governance networks, and collaborative governance models.
Participants will learn about the many factors complicating the work of government and be introduced to best practices for managing through this complexity.
