The Human Resources 2020 seminar aims to enable the human resources community to position itself to strategically support public service transformation under Blueprint 2020 in keeping with emerging trends for the entire public service.
Participants will discuss the current and future challenges facing the public service from an HR perspective and define the main issues and trends that must be considered in order to make the Blueprint 2020 vision a reality. Private sector practices will also be considered in order to illustrate the strategic role of HR leaders and professionals in this context.
The seminar also provides an ideal opportunity for members of the community to network and share opinions and best practices.
