The Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada has called Canadians to action in order to rebuild relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.

This interactive session will provide public service employees with an overview of Indigenous people in Canada in both historical and contemporary contexts, with a focus on legislation and government practices that have shaped the relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Canadians.

Join your colleagues to gain insight from Julie Bull, Researcher, into the foundations of this relationship and the roles of Indigenous people in policy, research, health and education.
