Introducing the New Key Leadership Competencies Profile

A new Key Leadership Competencies profile has been approved for executives and senior leaders in the public service. The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, in partnership with the School, is pleased to present the new Key Leadership Competencies, which reflect the complexity of public service leadership roles and the challenges they involve.
Karen Ellis, President of the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, and Graham Flack, Deputy Minister for Canadian Heritage, will join Chief Human Resources Officer Daniel Watson in an inspiring discussion about the new Key Leadership Competency profile.
Join us to hear about the leadership attributes executives will need to build the modern and efficient public service envisioned in Blueprint 2020.
