Learning Day for Supervisors
In continued support of public service transformation, the School is offering a one-day learning event for supervisors.
At no cost to learners, this session will provide participants with tools and strategies to help them in the following areas:
- Understanding the expectations and challenges of entering the management stream
- Learning the basics of interest-based communications
- Connecting effectively with different personality types among your direct reports
- Building credibility through honest, ethical relationships that value employee input
Supervisors are encouraged to take this innovative step to help themselves, their teams and their organizations evolve towards a culture of change with renewed enthusiasm and engagement.
