The adoption of a new type of leadership seems essential to meet the complex challenges facing our organizations and society in general. Leadership is a trendy concept, but it remains poorly understood. In addition, there is little support for the study of leadership.
This conference will reflect on what authentic leadership is and its relevance to managers and executives in a changing public service. Participants will explore the challenges underlying the expression of their leadership and learn about recognized practices to support its development.
This event is part of the Leadership in a Modern and Post-Pandemic Context series and is presented in collaboration with Université Laval's Faculty of Business Administration.
