This popular half-day workshop focuses on communication challenges that arise when employees work at a distance from their teams, peers and supervisors. Through interactive activities, participants will identify situations in which distance plays a role and explore communication strategies for various circumstances. Participants will acquire new tools that will allow them to lead effectively at a distance.
