Learning from the Pay Centre Pods approach: Leveraging best practices across government
Following a successful pilot project, the pod approach is being fully implemented across departments and agencies serviced by the Public Service Pay Centre. As the Pay Centre continues to roll out this service delivery model, current and future participating organizations have been invited to talk about what it means for their employees, the results that they are seeing, and to share emerging best practices and lessons learned with the GC community.
