Lean Your Workspace: A Discussion Forum

This discussion forum will highlight successes in applying lean principles to a workspace: improving processes, optimizing use of space and finding ways to use tools more efficiently.
The forum will explore lean benefits such as de-cluttering—both physical and mental—and finding opportunities for improvement by constantly reinforcing effective practices. Participants will be encouraged to share what has worked for them.
