National Managers' Community Discussion: Leadership According to Roger Girouard
This engaging session will feature leadership insights from Roger Girouard, the Canadian Coast Guard's Assistant Commissioner for the Western Region. A seasoned public service leader, Roger has held many prestigious positions throughout his career in the Canadian Forces, which spanned more than 30 years.
The National Managers' Community aims to present events led by motivating leaders from both the public and private sectors. In keeping with the Blueprint 2020 vision and Destination 2020 priorities, these workshops will focus on issues relevant to innovative leadership, generational shifts within the workplace, knowledge transfer and work-life balance.
