Power Chat: Best Practices in Disability Management in the Workplace

Power Chat: Best Practices in Disability Management in the Workplace

Managing disability effectively is critical to an inclusive work environment. Reflecting the size, diversity and unique realities of the federal public service workforce, this session will feature panellists with a variety of expertise who will share their experiences and best practices in managing disability in both small and large organizations.

This is the fifth Power Chat co-organized by the Federal Workplace Well-Being Network (FWWN) and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. The Power Chat series allows employees to explore the Federal Public Service Workplace Mental Health Strategy and ways to implement it. Visit the Learning and Training section on Canada.ca for recordings of previous sessions.
