Project Management Workshop

This half-day workshop is a complement to the three-day course Project Management (R901). Through group activities that involve reviewing a business case and a project charter and discussing stakeholder management, this workshop will allow participants to work together and share their experiences in applying recognized project management practices.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • justify why a project is required;
  • evaluate a project plan;
  • outline what the deliverables are;
  • define how a project will be delivered;
  • select the appropriate strategy to be applied to a category/group of stakeholders; and
  • apply key competencies related to collaborating with partners and stakeholders.

Designed for all public servants, this workshop is offered at no cost to learners.
