Unresolved Conflicts: The Impact on Workplace Wellness
When a workplace conflict is left unresolved, tensions can escalate to a point where people's behaviours change. This creates a stressful work environment and can impact mental health. It is thus very important to address conflicts in their early stages.
This year's International Conflict Resolution Day takes place on October 19. The Informal Conflict Management System (ICMS) Federal Network invites you to participate in a panel discussion on this special day.
