Since 2021, Michael has been Director of Leadership Fundamentals in the Transferable Skills business line at the Canada School of Public Service. His team develops learning products serving leaders at all levels. Michael is passionate about building human-centered leadership in the public service, and he also appreciates the opportunity to foster a positive organizational culture at the School by serving as its Psychological Health and Safety Co-Champion.
Michael joined the School from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, where he was Director of Social Innovation in the Settlement and Integration sector. Prior to 2016, Michael worked at Infrastructure Canada in a variety of roles in policy and program sectors.
