I’ve been in the public service for over 20 years and have been an executive since 2008 at the EX-01, 2 and 3 levels, mainly leading HR organizations.

As a pre-retirement assignment I wanted to take this opportunity to share some tips, strategies, and approaches that have evolved over my career and that have helped me survive and thrive as an executive.
I will be using a series of short videos to pick through some specific topics that I would like to share, which I hope may inspire others to try different ways of doing things to improve their experience as an executive.
These are by no means the only way of doing things but they are examples of what has worked for me so I hope these approaches may be of use to others and wanted to share them before I leave the public service.
