Anti-Racism Learning Path

This learning path helps public servants better understand racism, systemic barriers and inclusion across Canada's diverse communities. It promotes inclusive practices and meaningful allyship, in line with the Government of Canada's ongoing efforts to advance diversity and eliminate racism and discrimination.

Through a curated selection of learning products and resources, this learning path is aligned with key federal legislation and whole-of-government priorities, including:

Building awareness and changing attitudes

Develop a stronger understanding of how systemic barriers and forms of racism shape workplace experiences and influence attitudes and behaviours in the public service.

Moving from awareness to action

Increase your ability to recognize bias, engage in meaningful dialogue, and take steps to promote equity and inclusion in the workplace.
