Anick joined the School as an executive faculty member in September 2023. She has over 30 years' experience, including 10 years in the private sector, first with an accounting firm and then with a telecommunications company, where she held the role of Director of Finance and then Director of Customer Service. In 2001, she joined the federal public service, where she held positions with increasing responsibilities, mainly in the corporate sectors of various organizations: Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). For the past 6 years, she has been responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to ministers and deputy ministers as Assistant Deputy Minister of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer at Library and Archives Canada (LAC) and then at Global Affairs Canada (GAC).

For 10 years, Anick was also a lecturer at the Université du Québec en Outaouais, where she taught courses in accounting and auditing.
