Alain Boivin has been a member of the School's faculty since 2018. Prior to joining the public service, he held various management positions at Laval University, including assistant to the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations and Secretary of the School of Psychology. He also worked in the private sector as a human resources consultant with firms specializing in organizational management.
He joined the public service in 1999 as an information technology (networking) advisor and subsequently served as a senior advisor and manager of human resources services.
Managing people requires the development of a variety of skills. The human resources courses offered by the School represent an opportunity to improve our knowledge, learn good practices and develop good management reflexes.
Alain joined the School's faculty to participate in this varied and exciting area of learning.
