Eric Beaudoin is a leadership expert, trainer and speaker with over two decades of experience in professional development, primarily with the public service. As a certified training and development professional (CTDP) meeting the highest standards in the field, Eric works with leading experts in the field of leadership development and change management. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and a certified practitioner of many of the world's leading personal and professional development tools and assessment methods, including Insights Discovery, DiSC, Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step ll, MBTI coaching, EQ-i 2.0, 360 assessments, and PROSCI change management.
Eric has designed and facilitated career development programs and trained thousands of public servants from all federal departments in the areas of leadership, management, mental health, change management, resilience and neuroleadership. Applying his leadership experience, personality, sense of humour and storytelling abilities in stimulating ways, he is known for making learning interactive, tangible and fun. Eric is also a passionate photographer with his own professional photo studio, where he has been capturing people's emotions for nearly 20 years.
For Eric, facilitation is a passion. It's a way for him to help others, but it's also the means by which he himself learns and grows with each interaction. One of his favourite quotes comes from the Canadian comedian Drew Dudley, who said in his Ted Talk Everyday Leadership: "If you can change one person, it changes everything!"
